Like a rock.
We were delighted to see that our friends at Phillip Jeffries were once again featured in the media – this time in the September issue of House Beautiful.
The story reviewed some of the latest offerings in natural wallcoverings – including glazed clay, cork, brass, sand, mother-of-pearl, glass, stone and crushed mica.
Each of these natural looks has its own beauty and authentic palette. What is surprising, or perhaps, refreshing, is that the convenience of wallpaper lets us enjoy them in fresh and unexpected ways.
Consider the “chunky and rough” 1876 Granite Stone collection from Phillip Jeffries that was a favorite with House Beautiful. Who could argue with this selection — a dreamy-green Sea Glass that would feel equally at home in an ultra-modern modern kitchen or a rustic vacation home?
The Phillip Jeffries Granite & Mica collection of wallcoverings offers a range of unique textures and iridescence. Handcrafted by Japanese Artisans who are dedicated to producing the highest quality natural wallcoverings, both products create the look and feel of real stone. Pliable and protected with a special process of resin finishing, the Granite & Mica collection is available in a shimmering palette of twenty-six total colors.
Sea Glass is available in a pre-trimmed width of 36-inches, can be gently wiped for cleaning, and has an A ASTM E-84fire rating class.
The design is subtle – but the style is rock solid.
